ABOUT UNITY HEALTH CENTER

Dr. Aimee Brookens is a pediatrician whose passion for serving the most vulnerable has driven her 25-year career from Marquette, MI to Mid-Michigan and abroad. Dr. Brookens provided compassionate healthcare to those in need in Honduras and Brazil during her college years and in Kenya while earning her Doctorate of Osteopathy at Michigan State University (MSU) College of Osteopathic Medicine. She has since served the Mid-Michigan community for over 15 years, providing her expertise as a full-time pediatrician, a physician for the Ingham County Health Department’s Mobile Health Unit, and a preceptor across three MSU medical programs.
